My favorite right now and has been for a while is
Wendy (Neverland Scraps)
She rarely scraps with a template and it blows my mind how creative she is. Her pages look so attractive and her shadowing is really good.
She's very active on Instagram and Facebook and does an amazing job at advertising the designers.
