Christmas day will be spent at my Mum and Dad's an hour away. Brothers and sisters and their families are coming from all over the place. I've been tasked to bring a green salad for dinner and ambrosia for dessert.
I'm the laziest non-cook ever (honestly, I'm so boring), so I don't really have a flash green salad that will both look AND taste good, but I'm sure someone here will. Would you share with me your favourite salad to take to a BBQ? I said I'd bring a green salad, but I'm open to whatever has been tried and tested and is easy to make. No 7 layer salad concoction for this chick.
