This is me, too. I'm a night owl and struggle to make myself go to bed by 1. On school days my alarm goes off at 5:50.
Luckily I've always been a person who doesn't need much sleep, but ideally I'd be getting 6 hours a night instead of 5. I can almost always fall back to sleep that early. If I can get 10 minutes or more, I just go back to sleep.
