You're welcome! I'll bet that you don't have all the permissions yet since you're new but once you hit 10 posts you should be able to update it yourself! The best way to do that is go make a few comments on people's layouts and it'll add up quickly!
I deleted the first one and updated the thumbnail on your second one. Let me know if it looks like you'd like it to! If not, I suggest you upload it again and we'll remove the one with a thumbnail error.
