So I just wanted to give you guys an update on the situation going on with our server. Apparently our outgoing emails have been blocked at the datacenter level for "spam". Our webmaster is looking into this issue currently and doing everything he can to get things back on track, but connectivity issues / database errors and missing emails may continue to happen periodically throughout the day as we address this issue.
If purchasing anything from the shoppe, I would recommend waiting for the shoppe to redirect you back to the site where you can download your purchases immediately on the page you're returned to.
Additionally, you can always
download directly from your order history if you don't receive emailed download keys.
