Default Help

Not sure where to post this...was hoping for a little help with a recent purchase...I sent a message through the contact us process last Friday but as of this writing still no help...maybe I did something wrong because no confirmation of my help request was sent to my email...I also do not see anything in my private messages here at Sweet Shoppe acknowledging my request for help...I would really like to get my issue resolved...THANKS in advance
