Instead of scrapping a quiet season of your life, scrap chaos or something unbalances causing stress.

Instead of scrapping a Happy New Year, you can scrap a crappy New Year! Scrap how celebrating the new year this year was different than any other year, no times square, mass gatherings, etc.
Want something less negative, how about this one from Lorie
Instead of scrapping a winter walk and all the things you'd see while walking in a winter wonderland, you scrap walking nature trails in the summer and all the furry friends you might find/see along the way.
There are also friendship kits that you can scrap a relationship between you and someone else, which while you are bff's you guys have completely polar opposite personalities!
That is how I interpret the challenge, polar opposite of what the kit/theme would be.
I could be completely wrong too on the challenge.
