Christy - we just started with four people and when we got to 8, we split into 2 groups... and then grew again. Maximum for any group is 8 because that is PLENTY of meals to make at once! We got our inspiration from the Freezer Chicks website and our group has been doing this for 2 years now. Start asking around your friends - you'd be surprised how people will start cooking with you!
