Something I discovered over the pandemic is Souper Cubes for freezing food. They are incredible and totally changed the way we freeze and store food and leftovers. Basically they are like silicone ice cube trays but they have different portion sizes - 2 Tbsp, 1/2 cup, 1 cup and 2 cups. Once the food is frozen, we pop them out and store them in bags. I'm going to start using our Food Saver soon to keep the food as fresh as possible. Highly recommend them for anyone who loves to cook!!
