My daughter's friend's mom passed away recently after battling it for two weeks. The kid is 18 and now without her mother. The sad part is, people don't seem to care anymore the longer they go without having something bad happen to someone they know or care about. This selfie driven world is making me angry.  |
I am so sorry to hear about your friend's mom
I've had several people pass away from Covid and it's heartbreaking to see. You can't be there to comfort them in their last hours, you can't be there for your friends/family while they mourn. It's truly sad how many don't care or think it's political. Like Covid will automatically "go away" after the US elections. It's a world-wide pandemic. Not everything is about Americans!
