I usually journal but I tend to be a who/what/when journaler -- mostly just the facts. Sometimes I think I should try harder since I tend to write a lot of "we were really busy" or "we had a lot of fun" kind of statements. I'd like to do a little deeper journaling but it's my least favorite part of scrapbooking so I'm usually trying to just get it done.
