Mine is just literally a diary app. It's called Diaro. I can't remember for sure, but I think when I first started using it there was a small one-time charge to get premium features like online syncing. I like it because I can take all my notes on my phone as life happens, then I can export from their website (on my computer) into Word and eventually just cut and paste onto my layouts.
