Default Add my son to the list of crazies...and me too if he has anything to say about it!

Soooo Landen is WEIRD, I have always kinda known this but his crazies are in full force today-might be because I'm exhuated-but honestly I think he is trying to make me join him in Crazyville.

He just totally freaked out...FIT...on the floor wailing around because he has no decided he doesn't like the end of banana's. He has to have them cut up on a plate all in a straight line-EXCEPT-unknown to me-I'm not allowed to include either of the end pieces on the plate...Nor am I to eat them-this caused even more flailing around-they are to go thrown in the back yard for the birds.
WTHeck?

This was worth a 15 minute temper tantrum? In Crazyville-YES.

I'm sure when his dad gets home and I tell him this story-he will be like..."Ohhh yes, he hates the ends of bananas, and we give them to the birds". Then I will have to throttle him to for not sharing this little bit of SAHD info with me.

Grrrrr...rant over.

omg my kids were nuts today too! Parker is probably starting to teethe so he has an excuse and he's normally never a problem....but Naomi was a piece of work today! Everyone knows that the best place for 500 qtips is the bathroom floor, that the dryer balls are meant to be thrown at the dog, that she's old enough to push Parker's stroller, that cream soda can go in a sippy cup and that the best place for a hot dog is in your diaper.

who in their right mind would eat banana ends when there are hungry birds in the world?

Child logic is very interesting. I really do wish I knew how they come up with this stuff.

Oh I thought of another one my used to do. I have to cut their sandwiches a certain way. They like them cut in quarters but not in squares the cuts have to be diagonal. WHen my daughter was in school she would ask for a bologna and cheese sandwich with ketchup but the ketchup had to be between the cheese and bologna not on the bread because then the bread got yucky and she couldnt eat it. She still cuts the end off of pickles because she says they are gross. Shes almost 17 now!! My middle son (15) doesnt like McDonalds milkshakes but he loves Burger Kings. I cannot taste the difference at all though.
