Default Can't drop and drag from Windows Photo Gallery - help please??
Oops - I meant "drag and drop"

I have all of my digi supplies organized in Windows Photo Gallery and have been able to drag and drop elements to the program I am using -- until today. When I click on an element, a little circle with a line through it shows and I am unable to do anything. Help please?
