Default It's a great time to be preggers lol

The style of clothing right now...the big baby-doll type tops are perfect if you're pregnant right now lol...I went shopping with my mom today, the maternity clothes I looked at were outrageous as far as prices go (20 bucks for just a plain white t-shirt) and then I looked in the regular women's department and found tons of shirts marked down that look just like maternity tops lol. It's funny though b/c if I weren't pregnant, no way would I buy them b/c then they would just make me LOOK pregnant

I worked at New York & Company right before I got pregnant and there were LOTS of shirts there that would totally transition a pregger from first to second trimester! LOL! I even had customers come up and ask me, "Why do I keep picking up maternity shirts? Where do I find the regular tops?" LOL!!! I had to explain to her that we didn't sell maternity. That's just what's "in style" these days. Hahahah!

Those are my favorite kind of tops!

Babydoll/empire tops are the best kind for me: tight around the jumblies 'cause they're so freakin' monstrous everyone will be lookin' at them, anyways, and then loosey-goosey all the way down to cover up my lumpiness.

Hahahaha - in Feb. I tried on a few of those baby-doll styled... I passed on them cuz they totally made me look pregnant!

I went back in March when I found out I was expecting - LoL (and they were on sale at that point)

I love that style right now, too...but I'm not pregnant, lol. Just have a flabby belly leftover from being pregnant (um...4 years ago...ahem). My tummy has always been a problem area for me, and these tops hide it better than previous trends/styles have, lol...

Yep they are perfect for transitioning too..I'm wearing them right now a bit, but mostly I wear dresses with empire waists. I still look a little preggo but I don't care...he's still widdle.

Glad you saved money! That's always good

I actually bought a few maternity"ish" but not so maternity"ish" tops on clearance because they were babydollish and CHEAP! great to teach preschool in...
