Holy Big Fat Hairy Spider Batman!
That's what I get for trying to be productive. I thought I'd take Avery out to play and sweep off the back porch at the same time. Well I opened my back door and was literally face to fangs with THIS!
  Talk about flippin out! I mean if I hadn't been paying attention I would have walked right into it and it was nearly as big as my hand! Well maybe a little smaller but bigger than any spider should ever be IMO. These shots were taken through the door window, after I sprayed it with OxyClean ROFL...it's all I had lol... It had built it's web all within the door frame. Ewww..I'm still shuddering from it. I wish I'd had pics of myself opening the door a crack, spraying the oxyclean, slamminig the door and screaming...no worries about DS and spiders b/c after watching my little war with this one I don't think he'll ever go near one on purpose

holy nastys!! thats grose spiders are... ew!
lol i love that you sprayed with with oxyclean, id have done the same thing, prolly with Fabreeze since thats what i have handy! lol im lamo!

lol..the funniest part though was 25 minutes later after I'd finally sprayed it enough that it fell on the ground and I was able to smash it with a flower pot, Avery looks up at me and says, "NOW can we go outside?"

OMG. I HATE spiders!!! I believe its bordering on actual arachnophobia. they just give me the willies!! about a week ago, i was getting my camera out of my camera bag-and there was a spider in there! sitting on my battery charger! it was about an inch long and ugly! Now, i make sure to keep my camera bag zipped and scope it out before is stick my hand in, lol.

Okay, now that this is finally on two pages, i can click on it. LOL I am not looking at the pictures.. but I'm just going to say ewwwwwwww. Spiders terrify me.
