Any of you have a "queued" order that you havent been able to access?

WE have a lot of queued orders in the shoppe but I havent heard a peep from anyone asking about them so I am wondering if there is some sort of hiccup because we're so busy and they are duplicates or if you guys are just being super patient waiting for them to come through LOL.

I had one, but I'm pretty sure it was just a dupe order since I was able to download everything I purchased.

Oh, I did have something strange happen earlier...I got a receipt for my order before I paid for it. Is that new??

Just a head's up, we're going to be extending the sale through tomorrow because the shoppe has been so laggy. Just wanted you to know you wont miss out!

Robin, I've noticed a couple in my orders, but I wasn't sure if it was because there was a hiccup or if it was because they used echecks?

Im finding trouble generally across the net - maybe the holiday shopping is having an effect on overseas stuff - my pages seem to be timing out and that can be really tricky if you are trying to make a purchase. (Are the backed up orders international by any chance. Ive been tryong to d/l an order and I just keep getting timed out.
I did have lots of funny things happen with loading my cart - extra bits flew in there without even asking for them - Is there a magic shopping genie on the net urging you to purchase more by taking control of your cart?

I checked out this morning and had no problems, it did lag a bit while trying to get to the download page, but once it started downloading it was great.

Mine queued when I placed it but within 30 minutes I had the download keys in my inbox.

I just assumed you all were innundated with orders and they were taking a bit to process. I'd decided to give it 24 hours before saying anything but that wasn't needed
