Word Press Blogs??? I need HELP

Can someone please help me?!?!?! I am completely lost with this whole blog thing.

My problem is this....I created a second page just for "our week in review" LOs. How in the world do I get my new post to post to that page? I have tried numerous things and it still will post it to the first main page. I want to keep things separate as I am giving this website out to family.

I am sure this is an easy fix but for the life of me I can't figure it out. I am so new to the blog world!!

ETA: I answered my own question! I guess you can't add to a specific page so I am off to delete the page I created. GRRRRR If anyone has any tips for creating the blog pass them on please! I really want to do this w/o pulling out all my hair!!

Here's another question....How do you make your pictures clickable so I am link them back to my gallery so I can give proper credit to designers??? UGH! I need a drink!
