NSD Update

Hi girls,

Many of our orders are being set to queued status as the database is sluggish communicating with paypal to confirm payment and change orders. I'm working through these orders as quickly as possible now that I am back from ice skating to confirm payment and set them to processed manually.

If you could hold off on emails except for the most urgent circumstances (ie. you've been double charged or something along those lines) - many of the order issues in the shoppe will be solved with a little time and will cut down on emails for me to go through as well.

Download connectivity may be intermittent during peak hours this weekend as our webhost is working to free up bandwidth to make browsing and shopping more manageable for the largest amount of people possible.

Please be patient and as suggested, if you can hold off on your downloads for a day or two or download during off peak hours (midnight to 6am), it would be greatly appreciated.
