Seriously. All this week I have seen midnight grace my alarm clock. I wouldn't be so bad if I didn't get up at 5:00 am.
I'm exhausted. I want to sleep. I can't. |

I have the same problem sometimes. Ive been trying to not drink as much caffinated drinks but I love iced tea so that is kinda hard. Have you tried anything to help? Maybe some nighttime tea or a relaxing bath with some lavender oils/lotions to help you relax? Keeping the bedroom cool and not having any distractions like tv/computer to keep you awake in teh room might help too

I take a HOT bath every night to relax. No tv, no computer, no radio....nothing.
I can fall asleep on the couch watching tv. I told dh that for the next two weeks (school will be out) that I'm going to move my alarm clock downstairs so that i can sleep. |

I take a Benedryl(4 hour one) about a half hour before I want to go to sleep on any night I KNOW that I need to get my sleep and may not be able to fall asleep.
