Default Hybrid for Dummy Questions??

So, I'm wanting to do one of the Recycled Albums for my portfolio and I'm REALLY new to this. So, when printing an embellishment do you just open the document in PS and go to file-print? Do you normally change the document size first so that it isn't super huge? Is it just trial and error to see how large it really prints out?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Signed,

Hybrid Newbie

I assemble everything in a layered file in PS how I want it to look when printed, So everything gets resized properly and I know looks good. Then I copy the layers over to an 8.5x11 blank document, arrange it so everything fits and there is as little wasted space as possible, and print on borderless settings. Then I can just cut it out and reassemble.

Ahhh...that sounds easy enough! Thanks so much for the help!

I hope this turns out ok. I've never been much of a paper scrapper so hybrid projects scare me. LOL!

I never paper scrapped before I went hybrid, but I looove hybrid. It really helps me to do it digitally before I do it on paper so I can see how the end result will be.
