HELP!!

My Photoshop is working... but not working. It's running and will open stuff, do actions styles all that, but when I try to do something in the actual workspace (like move an element, resize stuff, text, etc...) it only shows this hand for the cursor in the workspace and won't do anything. I have NO idea what happened. It was working when I edited my photo earlier but when I just went to start a page it started doing this! Doesn't matter what is open, and I've closed and restarted it several times now.

is your spacebar stuck? lol mine does that sometimes and when i hit space it goes back to the pointer if not can you not click the arrow with the + on the tools window?

oh gosh!!! thank you!!!
It wasn't acting like it was stuck, but I just pressed it again and my arrow came back.
