Christmas -- already?

Ok, this is just too soon [for me]. I was in Target first thing this morning and they were putting out the Christmas stuff in the last aisle from the Halloween stuff. Are you kidding me? Sept. 21?

I could understand a craft/sewing store because it takes time to make/design/sew gifts and decorations. This wasn't crafts. It was the boxes of Christmas cards and indoor/outdoor lights. Oh, well.

there is only 94 days before christmas...really not that soon I dont think. They usually start putting the christmas stuff out here end of September to the beginning of October. Might be trying to get s jumpstart to try to increase sales.

Every store in our town has aisles that are 1/2 Halloween and 1/2 Christmas! It's so funny! They're literally mixed in together! It's crazy!
I have to admit, I love seeing the Christmas stuff come out, but I'd rather see it the day after Halloween, not before/during Halloween time!

Costco has had Christmas stuff up for about a month now. CRAZY!!!

Oh I am one of those people that just loves looking at all those great decorations you can buy. Halloween is not my thing but I'll take the red and green anytime.

If you think it is to early now you should try living where I do LOL. The next town over is Christmas, Florida. Like less then five miles away. They have a tree thats like 20 feet tall and decorated yearound...then they came up with names for the streets like Rudolph, St Nickolas, Rudolph etc. They start counting down to christmas the day after christmas. Its crazy. I love Christmas but dont want to be thinking about it year round LOL.

Hobby Lobby's had Christmas stuff out for months. I can do without.

But...North Pole City has re-opened for the season...yay...always love taking Rachel over there to ride the train and look at all the Christmas goodies that we can't really afford

I'm NOT READY!!! noooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!! I only have ONE calendar page done for my wall calendar 2011 and one page done for dh's desk calendar!!!

I HOPE HOPE HOPE that next month there will be calendar pages in the portfolio challenges.

Our WalMart has Halloween candy out but nothing else and quite frankly I'm impressed!! Because I KNOW they had costumes out before this time last year because I bought C's costume before he was born and he was born 9-21!!
