Ugh my house has got a leak!!!

I got a new fire and boiler yesterday and things were going great until they popped back out today as there was no pressure in the boiler which meant no hot water!

After they had fixed the pressure problem and left I let the dog outside and heard a drip behind me, I turned about and there it was, a lovely dripping of water coming from my light fitting!!!

One of the men came back out to look at it, got to the bottom of why it was happening, and said the plumber would be out soon and it's now 2 hours later, still no sign and I have no contact numbers for them and they finish work soon for the weekend!!

The house is rented so I do have an emergency repair number I can phone if the men aren't here by 5pm to sort it, but I'm not sure what they can do as it needs to be done by the proper boiler people and they can't turn my water off for the weekend as I need it!!! Nothing ever goes right for me in this house!!

That doesn't sound good Gemma It's not even like the sun is shining to make you feel better as the weather is awful

Update -

2 plumbers came about an hour ago, had a fiddle with the pipes, replaced 1 and said if it's still leaking tomorrow it's the other pipe which means I'll have to phone them to come back out! Not sure why they couldn't just replace BOTH pipes when they were here!!
