I am so indecisive lately, what would your thoughts as to what would be easier to create.
My co-workers are throwing me a baby shower this weekend and I wanted to give a "thank you" from the baby to the guests attending. I think I would need about 20 small gifts. What I was originally thinking was doing a bag topper (I have a digital paper I would like to use) and getting some pastel M&M's to put inside the bags and say "Thanks from Baby" or would it be better to do candy bar wrappers? I love the Mary Jane bootiein the shop, but am still not sure how to use templates in PSE so I think that may frustrate me a bit. Thanks so much if you read this far...I am not sure why this pg I can't make a decision...lol!

Heather's mary jane baby shoe comes with a premade with her latest baby kit - ready for you to print, cut, and tape... if that helps your decision.
![]() I think either treat toppers or candy wrappers would be a nice choice... I've done both and they were very well received. ![]()

I think either would be very nice. Or both, since you can't decide

Oh both would be fun! Set one at every other place at the table or whatever for some variety. Either the bag toppers or the candy wrappers are really easy to do and you could whip up 20 in no time.
The MaryJane shoe isn't hard, but it has more pieces and it would take longer...not that I'm saying not to use it! That would be silly..hehe...just being honest is all! ![]() |

All of the ideas are fantastic!
Do you have any friends with babies who are eating store-bought baby food? I've recycled baby food jars and filled with candies, then decorated the outside by wrapping a narrow strip of printed paper around the jar and then adding a tag or punched circle to the top of the lid. (hint: This would be a fabulous RECYCLED project too!! See Scrapper's Portfolio??). Below is a link to a blog post where I decorated one of these baby food jars and filled with candy. You could get really fancy with a flower on the lid, or keep it simple. The problem is finding that many jars!! (my son mostly ate home-made baby food, but we would use the store-bought when we traveled and kept some on-hand to keep in the diaper bag in case we needed something when we were out but didn't have access to the fresh stuff - I saved every one of those jars just knowing I'd eventually have a use for them!). here's my blog post: http://jentapler.blogspot.com/2010/0...september.html Whatever you decide, be sure to come back and show us pics!! |
