give me some insight on the presentation paper? I bought some HP Laser presentation paper yesterday at Office Max and I am not sure I will be able to use it in my Canon Inkjet...is that right? Do I need to go back and buy Inkjet presentation paper?

Some printers you can interchange paper brands. But when I had my Canon, I could only use Canon brand paper. I tried HP and it looked like crap... same with Staples brand. It was a pain because Canon paper is expensive!!

I'd probably take it back because you don't have a laserjet printer, you have an inkjet printer.

I ditto Col, I'd go back for inkjet, not laserjet.

I recommend the Epson presentation paper. I have a Canon and it prints wonderfully on it. This paper is what was recommended to me and I have to say that I LOVE it for the cards that I've made. Or here it is in the 100 sheet pack. When I shop for it at the store, I just look for the picture of Greece or Hawaii on the front- because those are the packs, just different amounts of paper. I just set my printer to matte presentation paper/photo paper and it prints great.

I have a Canon printer and use the Epson double sided matte presentation paper and it prints awesome. I agree with Col, I would return it since your printer is an inkjet.

yes, I would return it too... the fibers of the inkjet paper are designed for "wet ink"... so with laser paper (fibers tighter together for dry ink), you have a higher chance for smearing.
