There's one in KCB's J'adore, and in Heather's and Melissa's Here's the Dish and in Melissa's Sweet 16. I'm pretty sure Penny has a bundle of them, too. I'm tired and just about to go to bed, so I can't link now. I'm sure by the time I come back to this it will be full of other ideas. ;-)

Oh, great choice! Looove Melissa's "Sweet Sixteen."

Wanted to mention that Traci's "Hip To Be" also has a gorgeous black and white-ish damask.
