Default WW Weigh In

Hope everyone had a good week. I lost 1.6 lbs for a total of 31.8 so far. My loss has started to slow down a bit, but I think that is all par for the course. As long as I lose, I am happy!

Bad food choices week, but I still lost 0.4 for a total of 6.6 lbs in 4 weeks.

Any loss is good and I know what I did wrong.

You are all doing AWESOME!!!!!!!

I lost 2 lbs for a total of 24. Just one more pound till I get my 25 lb award (duh, ya'll can do math so you know this).

I don't know if I'll make my goal this week or not. I'm back in the hospital and they are pumping me full of fluids like CRAZY so I feel very puffy right now. I haven't worked out in like 10 days and I'm climbing the walls about it!

2 more lbs for a total of 17.6! And I'm now in the next "decade" of weight lol..that feels good too

Great job girls! Keep it up! I'm still so motivated and I've noticed that after 3 months I'm just not as hungry anymore...the food that I eat fills me up and I'm slowly teaching myself not to graze and snack just b/c I'm bored..which was the biggest cause for me to gain.

I do miss baking though...just b/c I love to bake and try new recipes..once I hit my next goal though I'm going to bake something sinful and eat it! lol

Nikki, have you thought about trying to modify some of your favorite recipes? Since you enjoy baking, maybe you will enjoy the process of determining how to make a dessert less fattening, but still just as sweet.

I lost another 2.2 as of yesterday. After a week of Spring Break fun (including lots of ice cream) and very little exercise I was happy. Now I just can't slip up this week so I can keep it up.

Down 8.8 lbs now...very close to my 5% goal.

This is awesome everyone! I went to my first meeting yesterday and loved it. I think knowing that I will have the accountability is really going to help me and being someone who doesn't get out of the house much at all, I am going to really look forward to getting out and socializing. I am very excited about getting the recognition and little stickers with my achievements. Cheesy I know but hey, whatever works. LOL

So happy for everyone who is losing and those who are joining. The support we give each other really makes a difference for me.

I lost 3.7 lbs this week for a total of 35.5. I can really see where my daily walk is helping me lose. Today I did a little shopping and got two new shirts for work to replace some of the ones I cleaned out of my closet. That they were on sale for 12.99 a piece only made me happier.

I also made a low calorie dessert for my sister's bday, as she and her husband were over for dinner. I don't actually have a recipe as it was something I threw together based on her favorites. I took an angel food cake and split it into three layers. I made up some fat free banana puddling and sliced up some strawberries. I layered the cake, pudding and strawberry slices, then I frosted the whole thing with fat free cool whip, put more strawberries on top and in the center and drizzled it with lite hot fudge sauce. I called it my banana split birthday cake and my family loved it. They each had two pieces. lol

No loss this week..but I think that may not be right b/c it's that time of the month so I've got some water retention going on...at least that's what I'm telling myself lol

Woot! Lost another 2 lbs. Down 10.8 total now and I passed my 5% goal.

I was worried after eating my MIL's very southern-salt filled dinner last night, but I guess it hasn't caught up to me yet.

Today is my weigh in! I am so excited to see what I lost this first week. I did SO good. Was on my game and stayed within my points. I wound up with 12 left over at the end of the day yesterday. And that was even with treating myself to Subway one meal (6" turkey breast) and then Jack In The Box last night (Deli Trio and a small curly fries).

I will know in a few hours......tick tock.

Squeeeeee! Major happy dance over here!!!

I was down 4.8 lbs. for my first week

I am so stinkin' happy that I treated myself to shopping for new clothes. I didn't get lots, just enough to reward myself. I am starting to feel so good about myself again. This rocks!

Well, I joined WW online this morning, so I'll be checking in with you all.

I've been debating it for a long time and I was a lifetime member, bu I just can't make the meetings work right now. I am going to follow the plan until I can get back to my lifetime goal and maybe a little below. After that, I may go back to just checking in at the meetings once a month.

Surely, I can make one meeting a month, right?

Good for you Monica; hope you have a happy, successful weight loss journey! I love doing it online, but if you like the meetings, you will find a way to get there once a month.

I just started Sunday, so I don't weigh in until this Sunday. It is killing me not getting on the scale before then.

I weigh in twice a week myself. I like to know that I am on track mid way through the week. Waiting would not work for me. lol

Ya, I am normally a daily scaler, and it is so flipping hard not to jump on it right now. But I want to see true progress so I am using restraint.

I usually do the mid-week weigh in too just to see where I'm at. It usually determines the rest of the week's food and exercise. LOL!

I am still a daily weigher. I can't help myself. But, even though my scale at home is decreasing this week....I won't let myself be happy or celebrate about it until I weigh in Friday at the meeting. I feel like it is the "official" one and always have that little guy on my shoulder saying "Well, at WW it could be the same as it was last time or something like that" Self doubt, ya know?

Funny story. A guy at work asked me today if I was feeling better. I was like better than what, cause I've not had a cold or anything, and he was like you know better, healthier and kinda gave me a nudge. I'm looking at him totally perplexed and said I feel fine thank you. He said what are you doing to feel better and I was completely lost until it hit me and I said Bob are you asking me if I'm on a diet and he got all flustered and said he would never ask a woman something like that, he just thought I was feeling better these days and wanted to know how I was doing it. I laughed and told him I was doing WW and he asked me a bit about the program. I told him about the points and his question, how many points is a beer and how many beers a day could a person drink and still have points to eat? I laughed my butt off.

Any loss is still a loss Tracy! Just think, you are 1.6 lbs. skinnier than you were a week ago and that is something to be proud of. Way to go girl!

I am off to my weigh in at noon today. I am nervous but excited. I am trying to prepare myself that it will not be a 4.8 lb. loss like week 1. I am just hoping for any loss at this point. Cuz I had a Whataburger hamburger and fries this week. If I have at least a 3 lb. loss then I am treating myself to Subway!

Well, I was down 2 lbs. this week for a total of 6,8 lbs. lost since joining. I was happy about that I guess. I really wanted 3 but, I ate 2 bad meals this week, I was more snacky than last week so I ate more and didn't get in all of my exercise days so, I know what I could have done different this week to see better results.

Week 1 - 4.8
Week 2 - 2
Total on WW = 6.8
Total overall = 30

Great job NeeNee. I was more snacky this week too, but 2 lbs is right on track, so you should be super proud of your self.
