It was an amazing week for losses last week!! I am down 4.2 lbs this week for a total of 28.3 lbs lost. I am almost down 1 more size which I am so excited about. I also lost 1 more point. LOL!! Can't wait to see everyone's progress this week!! Y'all are so inspiring me and helping me more than you will ever know!! Thank you ladies!!

I weigh in in the morning and I'm a little worried. It's been a week if family gatherings. I've been trying really hard to keep myself in check, but . . . we'll see.

i had a tough week, with several parties/get togethers ... i did not do well at all, so i was pretty happy to stay the same this week ... i really really really thought i would have a gain. i'm ready to focus this week!!

Well, I gained. But only .2 lbs. So, considering the fact that I went to three family barbecues and one ice cream birthday party, I guess I have to be content with that. I'm starting my new summer schedule today, which includes an hour of walking in the mornings before the kids are up. I did 4 miles today in an hour, and I'm ready to get back on track with my food.

Everyone did really great! Congrats on doing so well in the face of all the temptations. Lydia the .2 will be gone in the blink of an eye so don't fret a bit. I keep reminding myself that this is a marathon not a sprint so a few stumbles wont lose the race for me as long as I get up and start moving again.

This is my first week on WW, doing it at home by myself with my old materials.
For my first week I lost 6 pounds. If only every week would be like this...right? I'm still excited that it was a good first week and I feel like I'm back in the swing of things and wondering what took me so far off track. You ladies are all so inspiring with your losses, which is why I decided to jump on the WW train and try to loose 20 pounds before we leave for vacaiton in mid-July. Looking forward to checking in with you all weekly! Do you all weight on Mondays?

You know, Melissa...you inspired me. I kept seeing your siggie and your Facebook posts. I thought well heck, she's already lost 20+ pounds. If I would have started when she did I'd be down 20 pounds right now too instead of being up 5. I kept thinking ...if I don't start, I'll never loose any weight. Then I started thinking about walking a lot on vacation and carrying all this weight around and said, well heck Melissa is doing it and so are all these other people so I'm going to do it too. So thanks.

Does anyone else use the WW on-line? Having trouble? I haven't been able to get into it for about 48 hours. I've used 2 different computers, two different browsers on each, plus the mobile version on my phone. I can get the main page sometimes and login, but it won't load the tracker at all. I'm pretty much lost on my point count today....

I haven't been having any problems with WW online at all. I'm using Safari, but it's been working normal normal for me. Hope you can get on there soon!

I only had a slight problem with it not saving my info automatically. I just hit the save and then it was fine. Maybe if you jot your food down on a scrap of paper, you will be able to catch the tracker up when it is working right for you.

Ah, Juli, that made my day!!! It was all the ladies here that was my inspiration to start, only took me over a year to do it. So I am so glad I can help someone like y'all have helped me!! Angie, I use the phone app and have not been having any problems, but I haven't tried the online one in awhile.

Bad week...no gain/no loss. I knew this was coming though. Lots of factors that I know caused it so I know how to fix it.
Bad cold...so only comfort food sounded good. Too many school parties. Even though I was within points...not good food choices. Sad though because this is first week I haven't lost. ![]()

Tracy - At least you knew it was coming, but it doesn't make it any easier. Sometimes a week like that can give you the push you need the next week. Bummer that you stayed in points and still didn't lose. I find that scary and interesting all at the same time.
