I just saw a listing on Amazon for a laptop bag that you can have printed with the digital file of your choice. It will be mine! But I need to order this weekend to have it here by early November when I need it. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to scrap something with elements on a solid background or just print a paper as an all-over pattern. Inspire me--what papers would you turn into a bag? Do you have a favorite kit that you'd scrap something with?

Oh, that's cool! I would create something fun with elements. Like how you embellish jean jackets with pins/badges on it. Something like that.

OH that's awesome! How to chose your favorite pattern... KCB patterns are so lovely- they'd make a beautiful bag!

Very cool! There is an online store where you can make your own fabrics and wallpapers. I actually made my own pattern inspired by a piece of art work I have, which I had printed as a custom wallpaper I used to cover an old table top I wanted to salvage. The hardest part was making it a repeatable pattern.
I'd probably decide what color I wanted for my purse and then find a paper based on that. Could you do a solid on one side and a pattern on the other?

So I Googled a little today, and it turns out that custom laptop sleeves are more widely available than I knew! Here are a few of the links I found:
https://www.decalgirl.com/make/sleeves/ There's a 25% off code on the site right now. https://www.snapfish.com/photo-gift/...ails#!/pdpview Snapfish has a 40% off coupon until 9/18. http://www.vivoprint.com/product/cus...ptop-sleeve-15 https://www.etsy.com/listing/1998588...1885:199858808 https://photos3.walmart.com/category...--laptop-cases https://www.etsy.com/listing/6013233...search_click=1 https://www.etsy.com/listing/5607379...home_active_71 https://www.amazon.com/Neoprene-Shou...%2BMcPhee&th=1 https://www.cvs.com/photo/neoprene-l...tail#!/pdpview https://tinyurl.com/ych8mwjt http://www.skinandcase.com/laptop-sleeve-bag/ I'm finally sitting down to scrap something for mine now. My problem is that I want about 10 bags, not to narrow it down to 1 kit! I'm thinking of using Lucky Stars by Amber Shaw or Kristin's Take a Chance, but I may change my mind 5 times before I finish. ![]()

That's really cool! I would have a hard time picking just one paper too! So many pretty ones!

Okay, design scrapped and bag ordered! I'm usually indecisive, too, but time pressure forced me to pick one and finalize the design.
![]() I used Amber Shaw's Lucky Stars bundle. I'm not sure how much will get cut off around the edges (or be needed to wrap around the computer), so I kept the edges unembellished. I wanted a sleeve with a handle and a small compartment for the charger, so I ended up ordering from this listing. This one appears to be the same bag; it's more expensive but has a much faster turnaround time.
