So proud of my sister!

My sister graduated with her AA in culinary science in May. She's home for the summer and was asked by a friend from church if she would cater her daughters wedding (we've been in youth group with her daughter for almost ten years now). So of course she said yes.

For this being her first "client" she has done a great job! She had to make a menu, price it out, factor in work costs (time, delivery, set up, ect) and make it all happen on a $600 budget. She also did the rehearsal dinner last night (10 people $200 budget) and everyone raved over her food.

I'm just so proud of her! This is a huge step for her and she has shown that she could not only handle the job but the stress with ease!

Today's the day of the wedding and I need to get a move on since she's using my van to deliver it. I just needed to do a proud sister brag.
