Default Using Layering and Mask

I just bought month by month template to do my yearly calendar. I've never used a template before, could someone help me? I want to fill all the grid where the days go with a background paper. Do I have to do it individually or is there a simpler way? I use PhotoShop CS. Thx!

Hm, I'm not sure how the templates you bought are layered, but I'm pretty sure someone will come this way soon who knows and will help you out!

Generally speaking, you use papers to clip to your paper/shape layers on a template (you seem to know how to do that already), and add your embellishments for the little extras.

I also think the daily digi has a tutorial on how to use templates, but I don't have the time right now to go find it for you (sorry).
