Default Do you wear dresses?

Wanna show me some? I LOOOOVE dresses and wear them almost every day...I like simple cotton and stretchy dresses that I can dress down with flat sandals. I bought a really cute Old Navy dress today from a secondhand shop so I should be happy but instead it makes me want more! It's like an illness LOL. I have four dresses in rotation right now and when they are all dirty I get cranky. So if you know of any cute ones online, show me and I'll bookmark it for payday!

Me too - I love summer dresses (esp. cause I get to wear them yearound where I live). I like them because its a one piece, no-brainer outfit (don't have to match anything but the shoes).

Dresses are a four letter word in my vocabulary. hahaha!!! I HATE wearing dresses!!! But, on the rare occasion I will. I just bought a nice cocktail dress at Macy's on sale for $63. It was 60% off...

I wear a uniform everyday, so noramlly when I am in dress "down" mode it is usually shorts, jeans and a t-shirt or old navy style shirt...I'm only the dressy girl when it comes to special occasions...sorry I'm no help

I hate dresses! I think the last time I wore one was when my parents renewed their vows over 5 years ago and I cringed even then

I haven't worn an actual dress in forever, but I have a black skirt in my closet if I need to wear something. Even that though, I haven't worn in a few years.

I LOVE dresses, but I can't show you any because my mom makes mine. She makes my jumper type dresses with an empire waste. I wear them all the time.

I have not worn a dress since Christmas. I dont think I look good in dresses. I do like them if I could find something that I think looks good on me though.

I'm hoping that joining in on the biggest loser we have going on here that I can lose enough to wear some of the simple dresses that are the style right now.

Down East Basics always has cute dresses, and they're very reasonably priced. And they have some awesome sales every once in a while.

I love Boden's dresses, but they can be quite pricey.

i have been looking around at some summer dresses; nothing fancy. but i have this dilemma, now that i'm 30; i have always shopped in the juniors section because i'm tall and not very curvy (i.e. bean pole) but now im afraid i will look like i'm trying to be a teeny bopper if i'm not too careful what i pick. but i really don't care for most of the ladies department stuff in most places. i really like the Delias; i used to shop there a lot. i'll have to check that out. and old navy as well.

oh, i do go to Kohls a lot. I LOVE Kohls and they had some cute ones there the other day i'm going to try out when we get paid. DH said i can go spend a hundred dollars and get some clothes, yay!

Not to hijack Lena's thread, but I am desperately looking for a dress to go to a wedding on 8/8. I'm thinking empire waist and slightly elegant and not too teeny-bopper'ish. (But still fun.) If anyone has any suggestions let me know!

Oh, I wish I was a dress-wearer - LOL! I bought a heap last summer and wore them for, oh... about two weeks and that was it. I love the look of them, but I'm so not a girly girl, jeans & T-shirt for me 99% of the time

I got the CUTEST dress at Old Navy on Saturday.. I'm wearing it now! I looked on the website to show you, but I can't find it. It's kind of a muted blue, made out of the stretchy cotton. It is about mid-calf length and has a cute little frill on the sleeve, with a v-neck and a little bit of smocking just under the bodice. And, it was on sale for $20. I love their dresses!

I wish I could wear dresses every day! I have a huge (ha ha!) issue with my gurls needing a lot of room in a dress and needing a dress with substantial strappage, so I have a difficult time finding age-appropriate dresses that are not spaghetti strap and/or strapless.

When I look, I hit up Old Navy's, Kohl's, Target, Cato, Fashion Bug, and Deb. You'll have to go to Deb or Cato to buy their dresses, though, as their online websites are weak at best.
