Default Now that HP and Twilight are Over...

...can I recommend a new series of Young Adult Fiction? It's fantasy, and both DH and I flew through the first three books in the series and are anxiously awaiting book four!

Fablehaven by Brandon Mull.

Anyone read it yet? I think it's better than HP...no throwing flames!

I'll have to check those out!

Another great YA series is the Inkheart Series by Cornelia Funke...

Inkheart
Inkspell
Inkdeath (releases in October I think)

They've already got a movie in the works for Inkheart starring Brendan Fraser

Have you read the James Patterson series - Maximum Ride? I love all of his books, although these are totally not my thing, but definitely I thought of them when you mentioned "fantasy"...I think they start with "When the Wind Blows", then "The Lake House" and into the Maximum Ride series...just a suggestion

Another great YA series is The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare, there are two books so far, City of Bones and City of Ashes and then the final book City of Glass comes out in March 2009. I just finished the first book and now I'm impatiently waiting my turn for book two!

Not a flame.
Just a statement.

Nothing is better than HP.

That is all, carry on.
