Default Fisher Price Smart Cycle

Does anyone have one of these? Heard of it? I was thinking of getting one for my 3 year old for Christmas...

Thanks!

Check it out at Amazon...

Our family has been looking at them for my niece that turns 3 on Christmas day. It would probably be her Santa gift. I read through a bunch of the reviews on Amazon. There were a few disappointed ones, quite a lot that really liked it, but a couple comments that make me hesitant about it were about batteries. Apparently the cycle itself takes batteries and there isn't an adapter so you can plug it in instead? Seems rather silly, but looking at the box at Costco, it looked like that is the case. Anyone know for sure?

My daughter got a smart cycle last year for Christmas (she had just turned three) She liked it but didn't want to play with it for long periods of time, as she as grown this year she does want to play more and has a better understanding of the games.

I think some of the games can be hard or challenging for the age demographic...so you do need to help them with some of the games but she has done very well with the letter based games and the word games. She has some trouble with the shape shorting/shooter game...

Oh yes batteries...it does go through them if you are not careful to BE SURE the unit is always turned off. We made that mistake right off the bat and couldn't figure out what the deal was. There is no addaptor. As soon as we remembered how diligant we had to be about the batteris we have been fine.

I hope that helps. If you have any other ??? let me know.

My nephew has one. Got it at 3, now he's 4. He definitely plays with it longer now as he is able to do more with it. He loves it!

Okay, it says on Amazon that the game loses it's memory when you turn it off so the kids have to start over on each activity? Anyone know if that's right? Cuz that would get old.....

Ok...I think I'm pretty much sold on one! It looks fun and he loves riding his little bike which is why I think he might like this!
