I've never found a good solution for this. Ever. Anywhere.

PSP has a red eye tool that you can use on an animal eye setting.

What I do probably wouldn't help you any because i use PSPXI. The red eye tool on there is excellent. You can change the size and the intensity, so that's all I did, and ran a quick sharpen. Duplicated the layer and did a 5 percent burn, then merged. Of course you know my issues with this computer monitor so I hope I didn't mess it up too badly. I had the program open and figured I'd give it a shot.

I use my burn tool with a soft brush tip at a reduced opacity (midtones and 50%). You can buy a demon eye plug in, but if I remember correctly it's kind of pricey.

I just use the lasso with a feather of about 2, then adjust the hue/saturation on them. Nothing fancy around here LOL
