Hey gals! Good timing - I just got some news today

So she went to Edmonton and had her body cavity drained (it WAS bile leaking) and she started feeling much, much better as soon as it was gone. But she's still in hospital (its been a week), and they have to ship her to Edmonton again to have it drained a second time because the hole isn't healing as fast as it should. They *might* have to do a small surgery to fix the hole if it doesn't heal up in the next day or 2.

So all in all, she's feeling better, they know what it is that was causing her pain, and she just has to ride it out for a few more days. Thankfully we can see the end of it all. And thank goodness for good health-care taking care of her medical bills!!

LOL, no kidding right? Although to the doctors credit, it wasn't really a complication of surgery. More like a complication of stubbornness & doing too much too fast, lol. I think a lesson was learned though .
