hey guys, wondering if anyone else ordered a photobook during the sale (extended again to 22 feb) and if they have recieved theirs yet. they dont ship to aust so i organised for it to be sent to the wonderful Darcy, who is fwding it to me. I ordered the book on 2/2/10 and it's order status still says printing - just wondering if they are usually this slow... i sent them an email to customer services but i'm just impatient - i know it'll take about 10 days to get from Darcy to me and it's not at her place yet - i didnt expect it to take so long, shutterfly was super fast and mypictales took a bit longer, but at least they ship direct to Oz... sigh - i want to hold my LO's

I ordered 3 books probably the same day, got them w/in a week. I re-ordered the 3rd one probably a week later because of mistakes (my fault) and got that one this past weekend. I would email them and ask about it.

Ordered once, never will again. Terrible customer service. Long story, but the book looked like it was printed on an old $20 printer, like the ink was running out. I emailed them about it, they swore there was no problem on their end and I'd have to pay the shipping to send it back for them to inspect it and tell me whether or not it's possible it was their printer's problem.
that's a summary. Worst I've ever dealt with.
Hopefully mine was an isolated case but I think we've talked about them here before.
