It is a concept I came up with in 2008 and we did 12 weeks of weighing and taking weekly photos off-site. Since then it has gone through two more rounds and a few more "owners" I think (I haven't hosted the second two rounds myself ) It is a lot of fun though!

How am I doing it? I guess I'm just being sensible? Working out some way 5-6 times a week. In the winter it was the elliptical or arc trainer each day for 30-40 minutes. Now I'm doing a lot of hiking while we hunt geocaches- this weekend we hiked about 12-13 miles total.

Then, with eating, I try to eat as natural as possible. Lots of raw veggies. I don't deny myself treats. I'd go insane. So if I want chocolate, I'll eat some. Also, portion control.

And all I drink is water, for the most part. I will have an unsweetened green tea every once in awhile, but it's usually water. And LOTS of it.

THat's all. Not really any secrets. LOL Just finally doing what I know I should be doing.

Your really inspiring, I just had to let you know that. Congrats on the weight lose and doing it smartly not some gimmick diet that you loose that in 1 week. Its something to be proud of and makes me want to do better myself
