Default Ground Beef Recipes?

We don't cook red meat all that often and when I cook hamburger, it's normally a burger, in a sauce, in a taco or a meatball, do we have any other uses for it? I'm not a big meatloaf fan either...

Jordan loves seasoned ground beef (just simple stuff, like a little italian seasoning) and then serving it over egg noodles with Parmesan cheese.

I just got this recipe from a friend & we're having it tomorrow.

Crock Pot Taco Dip

1 lb cooked gr. beef
1 can black beans
1 diced onion
1 lb cubed Velveeta

Put in crockpot for 5-6 hours on low. Serve with tortilla chips.

spaghetti
sheperds pie
beef rice-aoni & ground beef
zatarains rice and ground beef
chili
haystacks (make just like tacos but use fritos/tostitos instead of taco shells)
baked rotini (we use rotini noodles and put cheese on top and melt it)
garlic bread and meat sauce (basically ground beef/spahetti sauce on garlic bread)
beef strognoff

Thats all I can think of right now.

A really simple meal that my kids & husband actually love, is this one:

ground beef penne pasta

1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. cheese
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup green pepper

375 for 20-25 min

Although I must say, besides the jar of pasta sauce, I don't measure the quantities of anything when I make it.

chili's always a good use for ground beef. or meatball soup (like italian wedding soup). those are big winter things, though.

Enchilada Casserole. Which, ironically, I switch the beef out for ground turkey haha.

I do the usuals...tacos, spaghetti, lasagna, strogonoff etc.

DH also loves hamburger steak - just a hamburger patty fried and then brown gravy over it.

The kids love hamburger hash...I just fry the hambuger and then add some diced boiled potatoes and fry it all together until it's browned. Season with garlic pepper and salt and then sprinkle some shredded cheese over the top. We ate this a lot as kids b/c it was cheap lol

Meatballs, mini ones. We do an asian flavored kind with finely grated ginger, garlic & some teriyaki sauce mixed into the meat, with an egg & then after the balls are formed roll them in panko break crumbs and bake at 350 for 20-25 mins. They are small, like mini muffin sized.
