How do I make my siggy smaller?! ahh

As you can see below my siggy is HUGE!! How can I make it smaller? I tried resizing in PSE, but obviously it's not working. Thank you : )

When I save for web in photoshop I re adjusted the size then then I uploaded it to photo bucket and it uploaded at the size saved. Hope this helps. (I saved at 150pixel height)

Same here, i normally sized my siggy at around 300px width and 150px height
