Default nsbr- share your favorite chicken recipes!

i have about a billion thin sliced chicken breasts in my freezer (the joys of sam's club and bj's). we love chicken, but i tend to make the same things over and over. so i'm looking for your favorite recipes!

this is one of mine, but the boy won't eat it (he doesn't like ricotta... or spinach or tomatoes ):
panko crusted stuffed chicken

so, what are your favorite chicken recipes?

These are amazing!!!

Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos

You, of course, can dip them in sour cream and/or guacamole. We've dipped them in queso too and that's good. My favorite though is dipping them in this dressing: Creamy Lime-Cilantro Dressing.

I like this one but it won't work for the thin sliced breasts, It has to bake so long to get sticky so you need a thicker cut

We tried this one the other day and it was yummy: (we did grilled instead of in the oven)

Havent tried this one yet but looks good:

I've also sauteed chunks with some oil and garlic and mushrooms, squeeze some lime juice over top, and serve on pasta (linguine or spaghetti or something similar)

In the summer we often just BBQ with a random sauce pulled out of the fridge, or a greek seasoning spice/lemon juice marinade.

This has been our favorite for years. I serve it with spanish rice and roasted corn.
