Hey chickies!
We know the site, especially the store, have been experiencing some major slow downs since our sale went live on Friday evening. Traffic has been insane according to our stats, so I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for your patience and understanding this weekend! Much of this is out of our control, but our webmaster is monitoring things, so hopefully it's a little smoother for the remainder of the weekend. That said, if there is anything you need, please let us know as we will do our best to make sure you have what you need! Thanks again for shopping with, and supporting us. I kinda assumed that that's what it was. Exciting for so much traffic thought!!!!
I have one item that I was unable to download, tried on two computers (cause I was worried the issue was on my end at first)... and now have hit my 5 clicks for it.... |

Robin may not see this here, but if you go into the store there's a "Contact us" link you can use. It's on the left side near the bottom, under the list of designers. I'm sure that if you give them the order number and product they'll get it reset for you!
