Chipboard Q & A
Hi, someone asked some questions about chipboard that I couldn't answer and thought that there might be many other people looking for the answers. So I thought I'd start a new thread just for chipboard Q & A, if you have a question ask it... and if you can answer someone's question, then please answer it for us! We're all dying to learn!
So here are the first questions regarding chipboard.... How do you cut chipboard? And can you punch chipboard? |

You can cut thin chipboard with scissors. Thicker chipboard you would use a ruler and a craft knife. Just go over it a few times with a little pressure and it'll cut just fine.
Thicker chipboard you can't punch. But like Anso said, the thinner stuff you can.

I used my cropodile to hole punch some really thick chipboard (for my mom's Stories In Hand album.)

Right, the crop o dile punches just about everything.
But a regular shaped punch wouldn't. That's what I think of when I hear punch.

I have a pair of Kai scissors that I use to cut my rubber stamps and they work great on chipboard!
