Default What am I doing wrong?

Ok, so I admit that this is probably a stupid newbie question. Please don't laugh out loud. I'm doing something wrong with my gallery. When I post something to one of the challenges and also to my member gallery, it shows up twice in my member gallery. I have all these double posts in my member gallery. Your galleries are all beautiful and organized...what am I doing wrong???

TIA!

If you post to more than one gallery, it'll do that. I only post to one gallery, LOL. If you want to post it in a challenge gallery, you don't have to put it in the member gallery too, it'll automatically be there

Nope, you're not doing anything wrong. That's how it shows up.

Personally, I just upload to one gallery. I don't like having 3 of the same image in my gallery, lol, it annoys me.

But you don't have to upload to a challenge gallery AND your member gallery. Everything you upload automatically goes into your member gallery. Some people just like to upload to the challenge gallery and then also whatever designer's gallery the kit they used is.

Do it to one gallery first, and then if you need to put it in a designer gallery, do it on an edit, that way it won't show up twice. But don't post it to your member gallery if you're going to post it to any other, it'll always be in your member gallery.

I feel dumb. Thanks! I thought I always had to UL to my member gallery...won't do that anymore if it's for a challenge. So I should be ULing to a designer's gallery if it's using mostly their product?

See, I'm confused. It happens easily.

The designer galleries are for their teams to post layouts in...so you aren't required to post in there unless you are on their CT. HTH!
