Default I had my ultrasound today AND.......
we are having a BOY! We took the whole family since my kids are out of school right now and I wish I would have brought my video camera to get all of the reactions. My husband and son high-fived each other and then my son started doing the happy dance. My five-year-old daughter broke into tears and literally wailed the rest of the time we were at the doctor's office because she didn't want it to be a boy (which is funny because up until two weeks ago she DID want it to be boy). I am kind of bummed because they didn't give me an "It's a Boy" shot for his scrapbook. I think the baby was in a weird position though because they couldn't get a profile shot either. Anyways I am rambling....

Is it sad that one of the things I am most excited about is using all of the cute little boy kits here at the shoppe?

Actually, I have two daughters. I have a 3-year-old too. So this last baby evens up the numbers. I'll have 2 boys and 2 girls. That is why it was odd she was so upset...she already has a younger sister.

Congratulations, Jenny!!! I've been out of town (without internet, oh the horror! LOL) and didn't see this until now. You and your family must be so excited!! I'm sure your daughter will warm up in no time. I still have another 5 weeks until my "big ultrasound". It's so much later than it needs to be, silly doctor's offices...don't they know I need to start picking out cute gender-specific kits from the shoppe!!
