Default need help/advice

My daughter works for dominos and is having serious problems with her boss. She cannot afford to lose the job and the last person who complained about the store manager to his boss got their hours cut to 10 hours a week and she cannot afford that either. The things she tells me he does:

calls her stupid
sits in the office listening to baseball games
does not prep/clean when he is working
expects her to answer the phones, make pizzas, take payments, prep the area by herself and clean it by herself.
leaves her alone in the store to do the work of three or four people even though he is supposed to be there to help her.

The staff all have complaints about this guy from what she has told me but nobody wants to be the one to go to the boss to complain because of the way the girl who did in the past is being treated now.

Ideally I would tell her to quit but because she moved out and is on her own she has to have another job to go to and there really is not much over where she lives.

So what would be the best thing to do? I have no idea. Id like to go tell this guy to get off his butt and do the job he is being paid to do but that is not likely to help her much LOL

How about an anonymous letter posted to the big boss. Detail everything, but put all the blame on the store manager, don't mention any other name. Is there a boss ABOVE the big boss? My nephew works for a fast food chain here, and you can make complaints online to the head store without having to go through the local chain.

I would have her wrote an anonomios {sp!!} letter the the company!!!! ten somebody will look into it and they don't have to know it is her....I would also recommend her start looking for another job as soon as possible..they don't have to know that she wants to quit, she can just say she needs the extra money so is looking for a 2nd job....NOBODY should have to put up with that!

the anonymous thing was pretty much what I already told her to do. It really is unfair to her and it makes me so mad because I know she busts her butt at work and it is not unusual for her to open up at 10AM and still be working when the store closes at 1 AM. She has been looking for other work but where she lives there isnt much prospects. They have a few restaurants, a grocery store and a walmart super center and she has applied at all of them. She can get hired as seasonal work she said but that would only be til after christmas.

too bad she cant take a digital recorder in and catch him saying it on tape - Then pull the district manager aside next time he comes in and show him the tape -
This serves 2 purposes - scares the crap out of the district manager thus ensuring that she keeps her job and her hours -
Lets the DM know that this guy is a LOOSER -

I know that someplace there is the number for the district manager and she could call him and let him know - with dates and times and specifics
