I just switched to mac after being a PC user for almost 15yrs!! What i miss most abt windows is how the folders were displayed. All i had to do was name a file folder.jpg and it showed as a thumbnail. That way i had an idea abt what was in each folder without having to open the folder!! Is there any way i can do that on the mac?? I installed the app add folder icon and it requires me to update every folder manually.
![]() Also what is the color profile you use??? Can somebody point me to some good utility apps as well? Thank you so much in advance ![]()

i had to do all my folders manually too but once you have them all finished if you do it as you buy a kit, etc it's not that bad.
I don' tknow much about the apps for my iMac. I think Lynnette probably has more info on that Im sure she'll peek on later lol (I secretly think she loves these mac/techy threads)

As soon as I unzip a folder I assign the folder image. I haven't gone back and done previous folders but anything from 2010 on has an image. LOL!
I use Onyx as my disk utility to clean up my mac. http://www.apple.com/downloads/macos...ties/onyx.html
