Start with the easy stuff K. Then you can build up steam for the more involved stuff. Like, if I need to clean the kitchen, first I'll empty or load the dishwasher. Then I'll do the sink. Then I'll do the counters. Then I'll finish with the floors. By starting at the top of it, instead of say with sweeping with the floors, I won't get frustrated when I go and do the counters and then end up with dirty floors again from the crumbs.

One thing at a time K. That's all you can do.

I can relate! My to-do list has been a mile long lately and when I have more than one "branch" of my life that is piled up (housework, projects, work work) I get even worse! This week I found it easiest to do the bare minimum in one aspect (housework HAHA) so I could focus on the other stuff (work) until I got all caught up with that aspect. Now I can focus on the other aspect of my to do pile. And, I took an hour every day to relax at the end of the day...else I lose it! ((hugs))

I've been like that recently too with school starting up. My problem is that I feel like I will forget stuff if I don't put it on the to do list, but then I get overwhelmed with too many items, so I've just started putting a later date when I know I will be less busy (i.e. - once all the kids are in school) on the less critical items. ((hugs)) We will survive!
