Annoucing the Julie Billingsley designs CT!!
 Please welcome my new CT  I must say I've been so humbled and WOWed by all the incredible scrappers that have taken on my fan blinkie and let me know that they are supportive of my designs. Seriously, it means the world to me.  I took on the very difficult task of making a CT... difficult because I had a very hard time with narrowing it down. I am so fortunate that I happened to actually know many of these wonderful women that were sporting my blinkie because I've been on other CTs with them or we've grown to know each other on scrap forums. I also selected my CT by wandering the galleries and seeing who was already enjoying my designs. I've asked these incredible ladies to stay on until May 1st and then I think I'll start taking on guest CTs (or additional permanent CTs) again by watching for my fan blinkies and roaming the galleries over the next few months. And please welcome these HOT scrappers that I'm so lucky to have on my team!! This is a dream come true to work with each and every one of them!
